The Pastis Hotel is situated facing the sea at the entrance
to St Tropez village and no more than 10 minutes walk to the
harbour, the "old port" or the "Place des Lices". Pastis
is at the heart of the resort, so your car can stay in our gated car park most
of the time. Understated from the road, but once inside Pastis is "a visual
feast for the eyes". The entire hotel is filled with our personal collection
of 20th Century art, including Hockney, Caulfield and Lichenstein prints, paintings
and photographs as well as framed Sex Pistols and Rolling Stones album covers
and unique objêts d’art.

All of our 9 guestrooms are furnished with an eclectic mix of modern classics
such as Mies Van Der Rohe daybeds and Corbusier sofas, sitting comfortably with
chinese armoires, Indian rugs and provençal four poster beds. The soft-white
walls and limed oak timber floors complete the light and airy contemporary style
- "a truely unique look in St Tropez".
Our superb large pocket sprung beds 180 x 200cm are dressed in traditional
Provençal "Boutis" spreads and cushions. Luxury Egyptian cotton
and goose down pillows.
Pamper Yourself
Spacious bathrooms, deep bathtubs and generous showers. All rooms have double
sinks, elegant lighting and retro fittings, provençal soaps and bath products
from Côté Bastide, fine towels and lightweight waffle gowns set
the scene. For your comfort and enjoyment. We have "state of the art" air
conditioning and double glazing throughout, flat screen TV’s with DVD’s.
Every room has a personal bar and it’s own outside space - terrace or balcony
with views of the pool or sea.
Swim and Bronze. Set in a beautiful courtyard garden, our stunning dark blue-green
pool warms -up to 30° in the summer and is heated to a minimum of 26° during
the low season (If requested in advance). Enjoy the water, soak up the sun or
laze in the shade of the century old palm trees. There’s no need to go
out. Enjoy a light lunch chosen from our small seasonal bar menu, washed down
with a glass or two of Provençal Rosé.
For Business and Pleasure.
Our new meeting room is a great getaway place to brain storm new ideas or crunch
out those difficult decisions. Styled in exactly the same manner as the rest
of the hotel, the room has Warhol prints on the walls, an oversized table that
seats 18 people and converts to a snooker or pool table in the evening - Air
conditioning and retro fridge - Large flat screen TV to connect to PC or MAC
for presentations, printer, photocopier and flip chart.
While the team work we can arrange for partners to visit to vineyards, art museums,
cultural sites, markets, and of course the favourite "shopping",
or enjoy the outdoor life: Golf, Tennis, Watersports, Horse Riding and beautiful
coastal walks are all nearby.
Party Party. The hotel is perfect for a small party of special
friends to stay together and celebrate a special birthday or anniversary. Kick
start the evening - meet in our "zinc bar" for an aperitif - a real
Margarita or a wicked Mojito before dining out and relax to our own mix of gentle
jazz and lounge music.
House Rules? Not many - No smoking except outside, No Pets and
No Food in the rooms (That is the guests own food not ours). The only other rule
