historic Oak Bar are the ultimate ‘snugs’ should

menus based on the latest Modern British food styles interlaced with traditional
favourites. They source the very best seasonal produce in and around Wiltshire
and their own kitchen garden to develop excitingly varied menus. Dining is one
of life’s little pleasures so whether you want a time-bound buffet, a table
at Bybrook our award winning restaurant, a nine-course gastronomic extravaganza
or a working picnic on the terraces, we make sure every plate has a sense of
occasion.
The Bybrook Restaurant: Named after the river meandering through the
estate, Bybrook is an elegant restaurant affording some of the finest views across
stunning gardens and woodland. Befitting the gorgeous Manor, the restaurant maintains
plenty of grand original features including occasional stained glass windows
and carved stone work.
Private Dining: Styled individually for you – personalised
menus for formal entertaining, intimate board suppers, banqueting, dinner with

Wine Cellars: Our extensive wine cellars are amply stocked with
