dining, Pennyhill Park subtly combines traditional

THE SPA
An exclusively adult environment, The Spa has 21 five-star therapy rooms, eight
indoor and outdoor pools and bubbling hot tubs, a sensory relaxation lounge and
a private VIP Suite so delegates and clients can gather together behind closed
doors. The ultimate mental and physical retreat from the outside world, it also
features the most advanced thermal sequencing experience in the UK with herbal
saunas, laconium, tepidarium, ice cave and aromatic schnapps steam room. Finally,
take a seat in Café Themis, The Spa's relaxed restaurant.
DINING
Dining is one of life’s huge pleasures so whether it’s a time-bound
buffet, a table at one of our three restaurants or a nine–course gastronomic
extravaganza, we make sure every meal has a sense of occasion.
The Latymer Restaurant is our premier fine dining restaurant and a true
destination for ‘foodies’ offering a wonderful dining experience
with menus by Michelin rated Chef Michael Wignall.
The Henri Giraud Chef’s Table is situated in the heart of the
main kitchen at Pennyhill Park. Here; clients can enjoy a bespoke Tasting Menu
whilst witnessing the theatre, drama and skill through interactive glass panels
with detailed close-ups on a large LCD screen. A handmade glass-cast table infused
with bubbles and adjustable light systems takes pride of place, under a bespoke
commissioned Swarovski crystal chandelier. A truly memorable dining experience.
Our more informal and lively Brasserie offers a selection of dishes
invitingly displayed for you to help yourself. By night, a candlelit, á la
carte restaurant - either way don’t forget to leave room for fabulous desserts.
We can of course, also arrange Private Dining for your clients - personalised
menus for formal entertaining, terraced barbeques, banqueting, healthy conscious,
afternoon tea with the team or themed parties – in a nutshell, whatever
suits you.
TEAM ACTIVITIES
Everything from starting the day with Tai Chi to 7-a-side rugby on our full sized
training pitch .... outside or in, our creative Events Team will rise to any
challenge. Previous activities have included: cooking lessons and competitions
with Chef, off-road challenges, wine tasting with our expert Sommelier, duck
herding, ferret racing and human skittles!
We have a large, well-laid sports pitch for non-motorised team activities and
a large meadow more suited to a variety of activities including motorised and
larger events. We also have a wonderful nine-hole, par 3, parkland golf course
on site for total pleasure or a bit of healthy competition.
EXCLUSIVELY GREEN CONFERENCING
It’s also worth mentioning that we have introduced ‘Green Conferencing’ as
part of our Exclusively Green commitment to substantially reduce our carbon impact
without compromising on service, product and style.
It has taken a lot of considered research, liaison and investigation to produce
an approach that would really make a difference and not just pay lip service
to a current ‘hot topic’ and are now extremely proud to launch ‘Exclusively
Green Conferencing’.
What does this mean for your meeting or event? Pencils supplied are now made
from recycled CD cases, meeting blotters from recycled car tyres and coasters
from recycled vending cups. The organiser’s tool box is made from 100%
recycled card and now includes items such as paperless staplers and ‘shake & power’ calculators.
